Working with an ex-NASA engineer, we designed a nozzle that pours on gravity. An internal straw manages the air and water exchange, so the flow starts the instant you tilt. A full 621ml empties in 8.5 seconds, quicker than squeezing most plastic bottles the same size.

Plastic holds onto everything you put through it. Last summer's electrolyte, the mould in a valve you can't reach, that faint plastic edge on every mouthful.
Ours are stainless steel with food grade silicone components, and every part comes apart in seconds, nozzle included, so you can clean the whole thing rather than the bits you can see.
